Medina is a nationally-recognized estate planning and elder law attorney, focusing on traditional estate planning, asset protection, retirement distribution, and proactive income tax planning. Victor has been featured on national television, The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, and U.S. News & World Report. Victor is the founder of Medina Law Group, and brings a family-centered approach to planning, with a focus on practical solutions for families and high-net worth individuals. He is the past president of the American Association of Trust, Estate, and Elder Law Attorneys and a frequent speaker to public and private groups on issues of estate planning, elder law, asset protection planning, and retirement planning.
